FEMA and the EPA are tackling delicate cleanup following catastrophic fires in the Pacific Palisades and Altadena areas, including toxic and potentially explosive materials. California EPA Secretary Yana Garcia joined KTLA 5 Weekend Morning News to explain the two-phase process and when residents might be able to return.
