Enyimba FC of Aba will aim to dethrone defending champions El-Kanemi Warriors’ as the men’s FedCup Round of 32 fixtures are held on Wednesday, April 2 and Thursday, April 3 at match venues across the country.
Without a doubt, the clash between Enyimba and El-Kanemi Warriors is the biggest match of the round as both teams boast of impressive records in the oldest Nigeria club competition.
While Enyimba are four time winners of the competition (2005, 2009, 2013 and 2014), the current title holders have won it on three occasions (1991, 1992 and the last edition in 2024.
The Bwari Township Stadium in the FCT is the venue for Wednesday’s mouth-watering fixture between the ‘Peoples Elephants’ of Aba and the Warriors from Borno State.
