Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum ’ husband, creditor demanded he appear in court with his bank statements after failing to pay a massive six-figure debt, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge scheduled a hearing on the request for an examination of Aaron’s finances for June 13.

The creditor asked that Aaron, 52, bring information to help “enforce a money judgment.”

As In Touch first reported, Aaron and his wellness company, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting, were sued by a debt collector named Creditors Adjustment Bureau in 2022.

The company said Aaron and his wellness center took out a $190,000 loan in late 2019. Aaron agreed to pay $11,000 in interest on the loan, according to the suit.

In court, Creditors said Aaron defaulted on the loan. Aaron did not deny to the court that he owed the money but claimed the pandemic had caused his business revenue to drop. “Those events could be neither anticipated nor controlled, and the effects were beyond the control of the parties and imposed an extreme hardship, expense or difficulty rendering performance impossible,” Aaron’s lawyer argued in court.

Aaron and Creditors were headed to trial but worked out a repay payment days before they were scheduled to face off.

Per their deal, Aaron agreed to pay a total of $186,412 in monthly installments.

The payments were to start in October 2023 and run through February 2025.

Aaron paid a total of $40,000 before he defaulted on the repayment plan, Creditors claimed in court.

The company then went back to court demanding the judge enter a $228,000 judgment against Aaron, which would allow them to go after his assets. The judge signed off on the request.

A couple of weeks later, Creditors dragged Denise, 53, into the legal battle. The company asked the court to issue an order “attaching the wage earnings and other assets in the name, possession, custody and control of Denise Richards.”

A lawyer for the company argued, “Denise Richards currently is, and at the time the debt was incurred was, the spouse of Defendant and Judgment Debtor Aaron William Cameron Phypers aka Aaron Phypers aka Aaron W. Phypers and is responsible for the community property debts.”

Denise have not appeared in court or responded to Creditors’ recent motion. A judge has yet to rule on the request by Creditors to go after Denise’s wages.

As In Touch first reported, Aaron was hit with a separate lawsuit accusing him of fraud in November 2024.

A man named Rupert Perry, as trustee of the estate of Elina Katsioula-Beall, filed suit against Aaron. Rupert claimed his late wife Elina was diagnosed with sarcoma cancer. He said before her death Elina became interested in alternative treatments.

He said Elina met Aaron, who told her about a stem cell treatment for her cancer that he said would “cure or at least ameliorate [Elina’s] condition.”

“[Aaron] claimed that the treatment had a 98 percent success rate and he was so confident in it that, if it did not work, he would refund to [Elina] and [Rupert] fifty percent of the money they [paid] to him for the treatment,” the suit read.

Rupert said Elina agreed to the deal and paid Aaron $126,000. He said Elina received the treatments, but they did not work for her. Rupert said Elina asked for her refund of $63,000 multiple times but Aaron did not pay her the money back.

Elina died on May 21, 2024. Rupert sued Aaron, demanding the return of the money and punitive damages. A source close to Aaron disputed the claims in Rupert’s lawsuit.

The source told In Touch that Aaron believes the company that provided the service is the one that would be providing the refund.

The source said Aaron had been attempting to get in contact with the CEO of the company for months to get Rupert a refund.

The insider told In Touch that Aaron was simply the middleman who provided a space for the procedure to take place.

Aaron has yet to respond to Rupert’s lawsuit.

This week, Bravo announced Denise and Aaron will star in the new reality show about their family, Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, which premieres on March 4.
