Reporting directly to the Head of Goalkeeping, the WYNT Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for educating, equipping, and developing our top talents through age-appropriate, skill-building approaches with the goal of grooming players to play for our Senior National Teams. This role requires the implementation of coaching expertise, excellent in-person and remote communication skills, and collaboration with peers in identifying, selecting, developing, and transitioning talents through the player pathway.

- Able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Willing to relocate once National Training Facility is established in Atlanta
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Coaching education experience
- Thorough institutional knowledge of U.S. Soccer’s mission, goals, technical plan, policies, practices, and procedures
