Before cooking your asparagus air fryer recipe, start by trimming the asparagus. Asparagus has a "woody" end that is stringy and should be trimmed off before cooking.

This is one of the easiest aioli recipes you can make! Simply mix together the ingredients in a jar, refrigerate, and serve as a dip with your favorite fried recipes.

Lemon garlic aioli sauce pairs well with these asparagus fries and other fried foods, especially veggies, like our air fryer mushrooms linked above.

Before cooking your asparagus, you need to trim it.

      How to trim asparagus:

      1. Hold the woody end of the asparagus between your thumb and index finger and bend it until it snaps off. It should snap cleanly off.
      2. Neatly stack your remaining asparagus spears next to the asparagus you snapped. Use it as a guide to cut off the woody ends of the remaining asparagus using a sharp kitchen knife.
