A MAN has been charged in relation to drug offences in Chester.

Richard Henry Roberts, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Saturday, June 28.

The 51-year-old has since been charged with possession with intent to supply a class A drug (heroin) and possession of criminal property.

He has been remanded in custody, until a hearing at Chester Crown Court on Monday, July 28.

The charge relates to the arrest of a man following a drugs dog operation near Chester Railway Station on Saturday, June 28.
