The daily service will remain operative till January 5, 2026, providing an easy passage for travelers to the popular winter destination during the holiday season.

This route, which has not seen non-stop flights since 2008, marks a significant revival for the airline. Eagle County, home to the renowned Vail ski resort, is a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. The seasonal service between Charlotte and Vail was last operated by US Airways, American’s predecessor, which flew the route using a Boeing 757-200 aircraft. Following the merger between US Airways and American Airlines in 2015, this route was suspended.
