Published 15 hours ago2 minute read

American Airlines is elevating the international travel experience this winter with the exciting expansion of its premium Flagship Suite® seats to new destinations across three continents. Travelers on select long-haul routes to Australia, New Zealand, South America, and London will soon enjoy the sophisticated comfort of American’s newly designed Boeing 787-9 aircraft. This move beautifully underscores the airline’s commitment to providing an exceptional and premium journey for its customers.

The expansion brings the highly sought-after Flagship Suite® experience to some of American’s longest routes, including daily service from Dallas Fort Worth to Auckland, New Zealand, and Brisbane, Australia. London, a key market for premium travel, will also see enhanced service with more Flagship Suite® availability from Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth, and Philadelphia. This thoughtful deployment provides travelers with more opportunities to enjoy premium comfort on their global adventures.

In addition to the new seats, American is enhancing its onboard amenities. Later this summer, customers in Flagship® Business class on all widebody flights to East Asia, the Middle East, India, Australia, and New Zealand will be treated to new pajamas and mattress pads, complementing the already luxurious bedding. With features like a unique chaise lounge option in the Flagship Suite® and meticulously curated amenities, American Airlines is dedicated to ensuring every long-haul journey is a restful and rejuvenating experience.
