If you live in Bengaluru, be prepared for day-long power cuts until 22 June. The Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPCL) has taken up periodic maintenance and major infrastructure upgrades at several locations. As a result, BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company) has announced power interruptions across the city from 20 to 22 June 2025.These planned outages are necessary to improve the city’s power system and ensure a more stable supply in the future.
Power will be cut in KSIT College, Anjanapura, Vishwapriya Layout, Begur Road, Akshayanagar, and nearby areas.
Power cuts will affect Peenya, Rajagopala Nagar, and nearby layouts including:
