Ben Affleck was observed looking somber in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Friday night, just hours after photographs surfaced online showing his ex-wife Jennifer Garner sharing a passionate kiss with her boyfriend, John Miller. Affleck, reportedly working on “Accountant 2,” was pictured exiting the Steak 48 restaurant. His attire consisted of a gray cardigan layered over a blue button-down shirt, dark jeans, and beige boots.

The photos of Garner, 53, and Miller, 47, were shared by TMZ on Friday and depicted the couple in a steamy embrace outside Miller's Los Angeles residence on Thursday. Garner, star of “13 Going On 30” and “Alias,” was dressed in a casual blue plaid shirt and black pants, holding her keys and phone during the moment.

This public display of affection between Garner and Miller, who have maintained an on-again, off-again relationship since 2018, has significantly diminished any speculation about a potential reunion between Garner and Affleck. This speculation had previously been fueled by Affleck's divorce from Jennifer Lopez after two years of marriage, and an instance in March where Affleck, 52, and Garner were seen embracing during a family paintball outing.

Affleck and Garner, who were married from 2005 to 2018, co-parent their three children: Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13. A source had previously commented to Page Six on their relationship, stating, “They really do have a close bond.”

John Miller, the CEO of CaliBurger, reportedly supports Garner’s co-parenting efforts with Affleck. However, he allegedly felt that Affleck “crossed the line” during the paintball incident. According to an insider who spoke to Page Six in January, Miller issued an ultimatum to Garner, stating, “He doesn’t want to see anything like that again or he has no choice but to walk away.”

Sources also suggested in March that Affleck “would love another chance” with Garner. Nevertheless, it was also reported that Affleck “respects Jen’s relationship with John and would never come between them.” Garner, it is understood, is not interested in reconciling with Affleck and is reportedly “happy” in her relationship with Miller.
