Imphal, April 04 2025: Over 150 patients were treated on the second day of a free three-day health camp organised by Babina Hospital in collaboration with Paamel Foundation.

The camp which commenced from April 3 runs daily from 10 am to 1 pm in observance of World Health Day 2025 .

The patients were provided comprehensive healthcare services across multiple specialities, including Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Medicine, ENT, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Neurology, and Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS) .

Dr Shyamkumar Laishram, Medical Superintendent of Babina Hospital, who also led the Paediatrics department during the camp, pointed out the importance of accessible healthcare.

Dr Tamphasana Wairokpam attended to patients in the Neurology department, while Dr Naorem Vandana Devi oversaw Obstetrics & Gynaecology services.

The General Medicine department was managed by Dr Neha Thangjam and Dr Kangjam Lakshmi.

Surgical consultations and procedures were handled by Dr K Guigwangngam and Dr Nongmaithem Mackson from the Surgery Department.

ENT specialists Dr S Raghumani Singh and Dr Pheiroijam Romibala provided consultations and treatments, while Dr Ksh Kala led the Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS) Department.

As part of the initiative, a 10% discount was offered on all necessary investigations and procedures.
