Associated Equipment Corporation (AEC) announced the retirement of Region Sales Manager David Jones, who joined the company seven years ago. With Jones' retirement, the company also announced that Courtney Pozner joined the team as the new distribution sales manager. 

Pozner's background includes category management with a leading automotive supplier and an educational foundation in Automotive Business Management, ASE Student Certifications, and familiarity with the distribution customer base.

President and CEO of AEC Kim Cottle said, “David brought us a wealth of experience in the industry. We will miss having David on the team, but we know he’s looking forward to spending more time with his family and enjoying his favorite pastimes — pickleball and gaming. We’re incredibly appreciative that he chose to finish his career with Associated Equipment.”

Cottle also said, “Courtney is a fantastic addition to our team. Her experience and insight will ensure a smooth transition and continued growth in our distribution channel.”
