Arthur Eze hails Tinubu as 'God's gift to Nigeria'
From Juliana Taiwo-Obalonye, Abuja
According to a statement issued by Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Eze stated this in a State House documentary set to be released celebrating President Tinubu’s second year in office.
Eze, the Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Oranto Petroleum, stressed in the documentary that President Tinubu embodies the visionary, divinely guided leadership essential for Nigeria’s current challenges. “God doesn’t make mistakes. That man, Tinubu, was created for a purpose. God gave him the power to change lives,” Eze said.
He described President Tinubu as a unifying figure, devoid of divisive tendencies. “Tinubu has no enemies. He is a unifier. He speaks with humility and honesty; that’s why we admire him,” the oil magnate remarked.
Drawing from his personal history—having experienced the Nigerian Civil War and with deep roots in the Southeast—Eze highlighted the President’s exceptional commitment to inclusivity and development in the region. “What Tinubu has done for the Southeast, nobody else has. He gave us the Minister of Works, the Minister of Science and Technology, and the Southeast Development Commission. This is an opportunity for the Igbo to unite with the rest of Nigeria,” he declared.
Reflecting on the nation’s trajectory since the President’s inauguration, Eze expressed confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda, asserting that President Tinubu has lived up to his promises. “God has given him the wisdom to change Nigeria for the good of the present and future generations,” he said, noting that the President assumed office amid economic fragility and political uncertainty but has demonstrated the wisdom and resolve needed to guide the country towards progress.
