U.S. Soccer is in a period of significant growth, with ambitions plans for US soccer in the near and far future. We are therefore, looking for dynamic servant-leaders to join us on this journey: in service to soccer. Applicants must be able to demonstrate visionary leadership, analytical decision-making, professional flexibility and an empathic management style that builds bold teams and delivers globally significant results.

The Senior Performance Analyst YNT contributes to the development and delivery of world-class performance analysis support for the Youth Girl’s and Women’s National Teams, ensuring that the female lens is at the heart of everything we do in alignment with the WNT strategy. 

The Performance Analyst is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of video & data analysis to support the Technical and Analytics Staff in all phases of the game during domestic and international camps and competitions. Their role is to ensure all analysis is done in a detailed, effective, and efficient way to help optimize team performance as well as development within our federation. This person will also support and uphold the WNT’s culture and values that positively reflects the U.S. Soccer’s Strategic Pillars.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with a club or national team
  • Thorough institutional knowledge of U.S. Soccer’s mission, goals, technical plan, policies, practices, and procedures
