The All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the opening of registrations for the May 2025 cycle of the Management Aptitude Test (MAT). The MAT is a prominent management entrance examination in India, with over 35 years of history and approval from the Ministry of Education. It provides a gateway for aspirants seeking admission to over 20,000 MBA/PGDM seats across top B-schools in India.

Interested candidates can apply for the MAT 2025 May session through the official website: https://mat.aima.in. The test will be conducted in two formats: Paper-Based Test (PBT) and Computer-Based Test (CBT), covering 80 cities nationwide.

Prominent institutions accepting MAT scores include CHRIST (Deemed to be University), PSG Institute of Management (Coimbatore), Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (Kochi), SSN School of Management (Chennai), and Jaipuria Institute of Management (Noida), among others.

Key Dates for MAT 2025 May Session:

Paper-Based Test (PBT):

• Last date for registration: May 25, 2025 (Sunday)
• Admit card release: May 28, 2025
• Exam date: May 31, 2025 (Saturday)

Computer-Based Test (CBT):

• Last date for registration: June 2, 2025 (Monday)
• Admit card release: June 5, 2025
• Exam date: June 8, 2025 (Sunday)

The MAT results for this cycle are expected to be announced by the third week of June 2025.

Exam Fees:

• Single Mode (PBT or CBT): Rs 2200/-
• Dual Mode (PBT + CBT): Rs 3800/-

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply. Final-year undergraduate students are also permitted to register for the exam.
