AMERICAN FORK, Utah (KUTV) — A wildfire broke out on a mountainside east of Cedar Hills in Utah County.

The Cedar Hills Fire has burned an estimated 25 acres and is threatening homes.

The fire reportedly started on private land, but has since moved to U.S. Forest Service lands.

Multiple air resources are responding.

Utah Fire Info asked residents to avoid the area to keep access clear for emergency vehicles.
