Netflix is officially entering the late-night scene with its first-ever talk show, and who better to host than Emmy-winning comedian and actor John Mulaney? Here’s when to watch, how to tune in, and what to expect from the premiere.

Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney brings a fresh spin to the late-night format. Airing weekly, the show will feature celebrity guests, live musical performances, and a few surprises (including Mulaney’s food delivery robot, Saymo.) Longtime friend and beloved actor Richard Kind will serve as the show’s announcer, according to Netflix.

“We will be live globally with no delay,” Mulaney teased about his show, according to Tudum. “We will never be relevant. We will never be your source for news. We will always be reckless. Netflix will always provide us with data that we will ignore.”

The late-night talk show marks the latest collaboration between Mulaney and Netflix, which includes stand-up specials The Comeback Kid (2015), Kid Gorgeous at Radio City (2018), and John Mulaney: Baby J (2023). Earlier this year, he also hosted the live, six-episode talk show John Mulaney Presents Everybody’s in L.A. as part of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest. Fan favorites from that series will make their way into Everybody’s Live, the streamer teased.

Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney will air Wednesdays, beginning March 12, at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT on Netflix.

To watch Everybody’s Live with John Mulaney, you’ll need to sign up for a Netflix membership. The streamer currently offers three options: Standard with ads starts at $7.99 per month, Standard (no ads) is $17.99 per month, and Premium (no ads) is $24.99 per month.
