Koreans follow the 3-3-3 rule to clean their teeth. It recommends you have brush thrice a day for three minutes and within three minutes of eating.

Brushing after each meal helps remove food particles and bacteria that can lead to plaque buildup and cavities. Once in the morning, after lunch and before going to bed.

Brushing for three minutes helps thoroughly clean every part of your mouth. It helps remove food particles and prevents bad breath.

Waiting for three minutes helps saliva neutralise food and drink acids. It also prevents damaging your enamel.

The 3-3-3 rule helps keep teeth and gums healthy. It prevents yellowness and plaque buildup on teeth.

Take a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on a soft-bristle toothbrush. Set a three-minute timer on your phone and brush in circular motions. Change your toothbrush after every three months.
