Professor Vlado Dimovski is a distinguished management and organisational theory scholar at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics. He is a leading expert in organisational learning, knowledge management, and leadership. 

 Beyond academia, Professor Dimovski has played a significant role in public administration, serving as the State Secretary for Industry in Slovenia (1995–1997) and as the Minister of Labour, Family, and Social Affairs (2000–2004).

His consultancy work spans major international organisations, including the World Bank, the European Commission, and UNDP. Professor Dimovski is the Independent expert appointed by the European Parliament to the Management Board of Cedefop.
