Dr Barbara Dorn is Director for Education/Vocational Training at the Confederation of German Employers’ Associations (BDA). Her key activities are coordinating position making processes in the field of education and vocational training, developing strategic position papers and representing the employers’ view at national and European level. 

She coordinates cooperation processes with all relevant national and European institutions in the field of education and vocational training and participates in their working groups and committees. Dr. Barbara Dorn is member of the Cedefop Management Board and member of the BusinessEurope working group education and training.
