Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air join global airlines at the 30th Thai International Travel Fair in Bangkok, fostering tourism growth and travel connections.

are among 16 global airlines participating in the 30th Thai International Travel Fair (TITF) in Bangkok.

Hosted by the Thai Travel Agents Association (TTAA), the event features over 1,100 exhibitors, including travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, car rental providers, booking platforms, and more. Participants hail from diverse regions, including China, Japan, ASEAN countries, Iran, and Uzbekistan. Taking place from January 16 to 19, the fair seeks to revitalize global tourism and foster stronger travel connections in the post-pandemic era.

At the event’s opening, Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), introduced TITF 2025 as a pivotal moment in the “Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism & Sports Year 2025” campaign. This initiative, spearheaded by the Thai government, aims to attract 39–40 million international visitors. Thapanee emphasized TAT’s strategy to connect major tourist hotspots with emerging destinations, ensuring equitable tourism growth and revenue distribution across urban and rural regions. She also highlighted TAT’s partnerships with industry leaders such as Agoda, Traveloka, Grab, and Thai Airways to spotlight Thailand’s lesser-explored treasures.

Vietnam Airlines is promoting its extensive connectivity between Bangkok and key Vietnamese destinations, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.

Ngo Tri Hung, head of Vietnam Airlines’ Thailand branch, noted that TITF 2025 provides an excellent opportunity to showcase the airline’s services and foster tourism exchanges, especially as travelers prepare for celebrations like the Lunar New Year and Thailand’s Songkran Festival.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Thailand, Pham Viet Hung, underscored the significance of Vietnam’s presence at TITF 2025, highlighting its role in attracting Thai tourists and deepening bilateral travel relations. He reaffirmed the embassy’s dedication to supporting Vietnamese businesses, particularly in aviation and tourism, as they expand their presence in Thailand.

With an anticipated attendance of 225,000 visitors, the fair offers a dynamic platform for exhibitors across various industries. Participants, including airlines, travel companies, hotels, and cultural organizations, are presenting exclusive travel deals, innovative solutions, and insights into emerging travel trends, reinforcing TITF’s position as a leading event in the global tourism calendar.
