UMFN Njardvik (Subway League) re-signed 29-year-old British-French 193cm guard Dwayne Lautier-Ogunleye (college: Bradley) for the upcoming season. He has played there for the last two seasons. A very good season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Icelandic League Bosman Player of the Year, voted to All-Bosmans Team, and selected to Eurobasket.com All-Icelandic League First Team.
He was also a member of the British international program for some years. Lautier-Ogunleye played for British Senior National Team between 2019 and 2022 and previously for the Under 20 National Team back in 2016.
He also represented the United Kingdom at the FIBA World Cup 2023 European Qualifiers two years ago. During this event, he scored an average of 1.5 ppg and had rpg.
Lautier-Ogunleye is a very experienced player. He has played professionally in Austria (Gmunden Swans), France (Poitiers), Holland, and Italy (Bergamo Bsk, Latina, and Udine).
His team reached the Icelandic League Semifinals in 2024.
Lautier-Ogunleye graduated from Bradley University in 2019 and it'll be his seventh season in pro basketball.
