The Denver Nuggets are hiring Ben Tenzer as their new executive vice president of basketball operations. Tenzer has been the Nuggets interim general manager since Calvin Booth was fired in April. Now, Tenzer will have the permanent job leading the Nuggets front office.

Denver is also adding Jon Wallace as their executive vice president of player personnel. Wallace is leaving his role in the Minnesota Timberwolves front office to join the Nuggets.

Earlier this offseason, Denver promoted David Adelman from interim head coach to head coach. Adelman and Tenzer took over for Michael Malone and Booth, when both Malone and Booth were fired late in the regular season.
