University of B.C. grad and women's hockey player Chanreet Bassi has made hockey history three times over: she's the first South Asian player to be chosen in the Professional Women's Hockey League draft, the first player selected from a Western Canadian university, and is tied for most regular season points in UBC Thunderbirds history. She spoke with CBC's Stephen Quinn about next steps as she joins Vancouver’s new PWHL team.
