: Beginning January 8, travelers to the UK will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). It’s easy and only a few pounds, but do it before you leave! Remember that Scotland and Northern Ireland are also part of the UK.
: Beginning in May, US passport holders will need to apply for authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) before entering the EU. This has been in the works since 2019 and it looks like the EU is finally pulling the trigger!
: Beginning May 7, US citizens will need to have a Real ID to fly domestically. Go to the DMV to get yours. You need 2 proofs of residence among other documents, so be sure to have those ready.
