Despite little to no updates except for festival wishes on important occasions, Mani Ratnam's upcoming film starring Kamal Haasan and Silambarasan has been slowly building anticipation. On Wednesday, the makers shared that the first single titled 'Jinguchaa' will be out on April 18. is scheduled for release in theatres on June 5.

Looking at the poster, it can be deduced that the song will be centred on the lead stars Silambarasan and Kamal Haasan who will be shaking a leg to this energetic number set in the backdrop of a wedding. "The Thugs sing and dance conquering the wedding floor," wrote Silambarasan, while sharing the news.

The film is a co-production between Udhayanidhi's Red Giant Movies, Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Film International, and Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies.
