Taylor Swift has kept a low profile since the end of her Eras Tour in December, focusing on her personal life, especially her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Sources close to the couple have revealed that they are considering buying a home together as a significant next step.
The couple is considering exploring real estate and potentially moving to a shared residence. As his girlfriend, Kelce can possibly add the house in Kansas City to Swift's list of properties since Kelce is also based in the area.

Apparently, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are set to scout properties in the off-season of the NFL. This news comes just after the musician saw her beau and boyfriend's team, the Kansas City Chiefs, earn their third Super Bowl straight. Swift posted during the match, letting everyone know how proud she felt to see Kelce: End.

Swift, who ended her Eras Tour in December, has been largely out of the spotlight, except for a few outings in New York City and supporting Kelce at football games. And recently, an insider revealed that she is deeply invested in her relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs star.
The sources also shared that Swift and Kelce are even considering taking the next step by purchasing property together. "When they have time, they want to look at real estate. [They've] talked about exploring buying a home together," they said.
Swift is considering adding a Kansas City home to her real estate portfolio to be closer to Kelce, who is based there. The insider further shared, "They've had a lot of time together since she's been off tour and during the holidays. They work so well [and] they're still madly in love." The insider concluded that Swift's relationship with Kelce "just keeps getting better.”

Swift is also expanding her Rhode Island mansion, which she plans to turn into a future family home for herself and her partner Kelce, according to an insider who said that the property will be Swift's main home base and future family home.
Swift is pouring $1.7 million into extensive refurbishments of the $17 million property Watch Hill, including a 400-square-foot extension for a sumptuous bedroom suite and lounge space, refurbishment work on the kitchen, and an extra bedroom added to the main residence.
