Siobhan Kennedy wins best dressed at Listowel races
It was a winner alright, for Siobhan Kennedy from Tournafulla, Co. Limerick, who was crowned Best Dressed Lady at this year’s Style Stakes event in Listowel after coming to the races for 15 years, but never winning a Ladies Day title at this track.
Kennedy turned heads in a black-and-white jumpsuit from Pure Boutique, paired with a statement hat from Anne Marie Hats Amore, securing her top honours.
Selected by celebrity designer Don O’Neill, she walked away with a €500 cash prize, luxury gift bags courtesy of McGuire's Pharmacy, and a bespoke pair of earrings handcrafted by Mary Mulhall of Inish Designs.

Two runners-up were also named: Sheila Casey of Coolegrane, Brosna, and Aine Wall from Derrymore West, Tralee.
Both impressed the judges and each received €250 in cash, McGuire's Pharmacy gift bags, and their own exclusive Inish Designs earrings.

Casey wore an outfit from Rose and Crown Boutique Tralee, topped with a striking headpiece by Teresa Linehan of Brosna. Meanwhile, Wall blended high fashion with sustainable flair, donning a tailored suit from Canella Lane, a headpiece by Cathriona King Galway, and a statement bag she discovered in a local charity shop.

The event buzzed with energy as O’Neill interviewed all finalists before making his final decision.

The Listowel Races Harvest Festival returns from 21st to 27th September 2025, with Ladies Day set for Friday, 26th September, promising another celebration of style and sport.
