'She Makes Life Easier': Caitlin Clark Expresses How Kelsey Mitchell Helps Indiana Fever

Caitlin Clark recently showered her Indiana Fever teammate Kelsey Mitchell with love, according to a video released by the team’s official Instagram handle. In the video, Clark can be heard saying how easier life in the Indiana Fever team has been with Mitchell.

Clark joined the Indiana Fever in the previous season when she made her debut in the WNBA. Meanwhile, Kelsey Mitchell has been with the Indiana Fever since 2018, after being selected as the second overall pick in the very first round of the WNBA draft.

Caitlin Clark was selected by the Indiana Fever as the first overall pick in the first round of the 2024 WNBA draft. In her first season with the team, Clark put up historic performances for not only the Indiana Fever but also the WNBA.

Clark was almost single-handedly responsible for improving the viewership and ratings of WNBA games, especially those of the Indiana Fever. In her first season with the Indiana Fever, Clark averaged 19.2 points in each game, grabbing 5.7 rebounds and assisting 8.4 times in every matchup played.

Meanwhile, Clark vs. Angel Reese debaters were quick to note that the Chicago Sky star is all the way at the bottom of the table with a 46.4 percent shooting efficiency. Caitlin Clark has been continuously pitted against Angel Reese ever since their days in college basketball.

While Clark played for the Iowa Hawkeyes in the NCAA, Reese was part of the Maryland Terrapins and the LSU Tigers. In fact, Reese managed to thrash Clark and the Iowa Hawkeyes in a historic game in the NCAA. Clark and Reese fans can see the two in action in the upcoming WNBA season which will commence in May.
