It seems to be official—2025 is the year of the bob. Absolutely everyone seems to be taking the plung and getting the chop this summer. First it was Leslie Bibb in The White Lotus, then it was Pamela Anderson with a bob-and-bangs transformation, then it was Victoria Beckham spicing up her life with a nostalgic Posh Spice-coded bob trim. The latest celebrity to hop aboard the trend is Sharon Stone.
For years, the Basic Instinct and Total Recall actress has been wearing her hair ultra short and swept back from her forehead. The ends are almost always tucked away behind her ears. However, at the Max Mara Cruise fashion show at Reggia Di Caserta on June 17 in Caserta, Italy, Stone tried something a little different. Her hair appeared to have been trimmed into a chin-length bob and was styled in a center part.

Stone paired her fresh new 'do with a pair of oversized Marcolin sunglasses and a silk olive green MaxMara gown. She finished off the chic look with silver pointed toe shoes and a gold handbag.

Stone has been on quite the hair journey over the years. The actress dealt with hair loss after suffering a stroke in 2001, but used The Shampoo, The Conditioner, and The Leave-In Hair Treatment by Augustinus Bader and her hair “grew back," as she told Byrdie in 2023.
Back in 2018, Stone also confessed that she often trims her own hair. “Every once in a while, when I get a haircut from someone else, hairdressers will complain, ‘Who did this haircut?’ But the truth is no one ever likes someone else’s cut,” she said to The New York Times.
