See Jaime King's Ex Alleged Injury Photo, Actress Claimed She Was Victim | In Touch Weekly
’s ex-husband, , accused the actress of getting physical with him during their marriage, and he submitted photos of his alleged bruises as part of their bitter divorce. Meanwhile, the actress accused him of being the true aggressor during the marriage, In Touch can exclusively report.
The bombshell allegations were made in court documents obtained by In Touch, as the exes duked it over custody in 2020.
Jaime, 45, and Kyle, 49, were married from 2007 to 2020. They share two sons: James Knight and Leo Thames.
They settled the divorce in 2023, but Kyle was back in court in late 2024. Earlier this month, Kyle was awarded primary custody of their kids.
The decision came after Kyle accused Jaime of being “strung out” while caring for their kids, along with expressing concerns about her behavior.
He demanded the children live with him full-time. Jaime was awarded visitation, which will remain supervised until she completes a six-month drug/alcohol program with weekly testing and after care, along with therapy.
Prior to Kyle being awarded custody, Jaime denied the accusations via her lawyer.
Her attorney, Diana D. Hagopian, previously told In Touch, “[Kyle’s] [previous] ex parte requests have been denied in their entirety by the court.”
“The allegations against Jaime are entirely false and intended to cause her harm and garner damaging media attention,” Diana added.
Diana said, “It is unfortunate that [Kyle] continues to utilize the court in attempt to continue … the filing of unfounded malicious claims and to use the children as weapons and pawns without regard to their privacy.”
In the divorce battle, Kyle claimed Jaime struggled with drug addiction for years. Jaime denied Kyle’s claims.
In response, she told the judge, “I do not have an alcohol or substance abuse problem nor did I at the time.”
In court, Jaime accused Kyle of being abusive during their marriage, which he denied. She claimed Kyle stalked and used GPS trackers to keep tabs on her. Jaime accused Kyle of making false allegations about her in order to isolate her from their friends.
She claimed he “repeatedly threatened that he will ruin me, he will ruin my career and will smear me in the press.”
At the time, she claimed Kyle had berated and demeaned her for the past five and a half years.
“There is much more including physical, which I do not wish to put in a public filing,” she said.
In his 2020 filing, Kyle claimed that Jaime was out of control in 2019 and taking multiple substances including hydrocodone‚ Klonopin‚ Adderall, Xanax and sleeping pills. Kyle claimed Jaime kept the pills in an unmarked bottles in a black leather backpack which was on her at all times.
He claimed that she stopped eating and had lost a scary amount of weight. Kyle claimed Jaime would leave the home for “business dinners” at 8 p.m. and not return until 5 a.m. and refused to answer his calls.
Kyle claimed, “When she did come home, she was frequently drunk or hung over or high or strung out. She would be confrontational with me, often getting physical.”
He said, “While Jaime is much smaller than me, she would leave bruises by hitting me with objects and I did not want the children to [see] their mother in her violent rages.”
Kyle included two photos of alleged bruises Jaime left on his chest during one of her “drunken/high rages.”
He said, “I was not afraid of Jaime, but I was afraid for her and afraid of what the children saw when she behaved that way.” Jaime denied all of Kyle’s claims at the time.
They eventually agreed to joint custody until the recent decision to award Kyle sole custody was made this month.
