Scottsdale plane crash: At least one dead after jets collide on airport runway
At least one person is dead and multiple others have been injured after two jets crashed on a runway at a US airport.
A Learjet 35A veered off the runway after landing at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona, hitting a parked Gulfstream 200, the Federal Aviation Authority has confirmed.
News site AZ Family is reporting emergency crews found one person dead upon arrival, while three people were hospitalised. Another person is still stuck inside one of the jets.
Flight tracking showed the plane had come in from Austin. Flights into the airport have been temporarily halted.
