SATO Corporation, a global pioneer in auto-identification and labeling solutions, launched its WT4-AXB 4-inch industrial label printer today in the Asia-Pacific region1. The product is the first entry in SATO's new Basic Line which pairs essential functionality at an affordable price.

A surge in demand in retail, logistics, and manufacturing sectors driven by online shopping has boosted needs for efficient labeling solutions. Specifically, cost-effective labeling needs are growing due to SMEs seeking to grow their ecommerce business. According to a recent survey, nearly two thirds2 of small to medium sized businesses anticipate their 2024 ecommerce sales to increase over 2023.
