ntrepreneur Rushikesh Patil is a multi-sector entrepreneur and the director of Empire Group of Industries, Patil Empire, and Royal Group of Construction and Infrastructure.

Rushikesh began his business journey with a clear vision and strong determination. He stepped into the world of business with sharp focus and patience. He has also been commended for helping the tourism sector grow. In Delhi, he worked with Union Cabinet Minister Prahlad Patel on youth employment. He also joined hands with Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant in Goa under the initiative Sabka Saath, Goa Ka Vikas, contributing to the growth of the tourism and transport sectors. His work demonstrates how businesses can also support the country’s development. Today, hundreds of people work in his team, and Rushikesh always gives credit to them.

He has handled major projects with JSW Steel worth ₹500 crore and with Tata Steel worth ₹200 crore. His companies also collaborate with major names such as KSE, Reliance, L&T, and SAIL. From building dams to roads, every project reflects the trust placed in his work. These contracts highlight not just growth, but also the confidence he has earned across the business world. To explain his mindset, Rushikesh says: “A person walking on a treadmill or conveyor belt has no option but to match the speed—slow down, and you’re thrown off.
