KZNVIP Medical Response Team was in attendance where it’s believed an African male victim in his 30s was walking home along the Phoenix Highway towards Clayfield when he was accosted by two African male suspects.

During the course of the robbery, the victim is believed to have fallen over the bridge approximately 15 metres onto the railway line.

Whilst waiting for a government ambulance approximately more than 2 hours the victim sadly succummbed to his injuries.

KZN VIP Medics, together with RUSA Response team were in attendance, and sadly, the victim showed no signs of life and was declared deceased.

The two alleged suspects have managed to evade arrest….
