Revellers appeared unfazed as intense rainfall caused dangerous flash flooding along the Texas and Arkansas border on April 4.

Footage filmed by Nicholas Walker shows water rushing into Fat Jacks Oyster and Sports Bar in Texarkana on Friday. “We were hanging out watching the weather when the water just began rushing in the restaurant,” Walker told Storyful.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood emergency for Texarkana on Friday morning, warning locals to seek higher ground and avoid traveling through floodwaters.
