There's going to be rain in the forecast every day this week in the Philadelphia area. On Monday, tropical moisture from the remnants of Chantal will bring heavy downpours to the region with a threat of flash flooding. A Flood Watch is in effect until 10 p.m. Meteorologist Kate Bilo has more on the timing of the storms.
