These teams will want to play Wednesday night, because Thursday is a getaway day with a 12:40 p.m. first pitch for the series finale. A doubleheader would be tough before both teams fly out of town.
The Reds play in St. Louis on Friday night, while the Twins head home to host Milwaukee that evening.
But on Wednesday, it could be a long night of rain and hopefully baseball ahead.
