PrettyLittleThing links with Tia Lineker as the face of its holiday drop - FashionNetwork

PrettyLittleThing, one of the labels owned by Boohoo Group/Debenhams Group, has announced a “partnership with fashion creator Tia Lineker featuring an exclusive coastal holiday-wear capsule collection”.

The company said it’s PLT’s most exclusive drop yet”, comprising a 20-look holiday edit featuring 32-pieces that have just launched.

Why Lineker? We’re told that model-influencer’s strategic partnerships with SKIMS and DISSH have generated over 50 million impressions this year and not a brand like PLT, that kind of reach is gold dust. So it makes commercial sense for it to get her to bring “her proven formula of accessible luxury to a collection designed for the woman who summers everywhere from Ibiza to Mykonos”.

She’s selected a number of pieces focusing on holiday eveningwear in tones of “coastal neutrals and muted greens” with shell, opal, and mixed metal detailing.

The hero pieces feature cowl necklines, fishtail hems, and wide leg cuts in an array of textured fabrics including sheer, mesh, satin, and linen. Prices start at £14 with sizes ranging from 4-24.

The launch comes just a few months after PLT unveiled a complete rebrand with the company saying it was its “most ambitious transformation” in its history.

It added that the change “heralds an elevated new era that celebrates the brand's heritage while boldly reimagining its future”. And it came with a complete overhaul of its look and feel, including the logo design, colour palette, typography, website design, the tone of voice, website user experience, and overall brand positioning.
