The controversial preacher is married to Murugi Maina, whom he often refers to in an endearing way in public.
Ng'ang'a has previously described Murugi as youthful and vital to his life, drawing laughter from his congregation.
He also made a cheeky remark when she returned to her seat without hugging him.
Despite his marital status being public knowledge, the pastor said that a woman shared an indecent photo with him.
Footage showed the preacher sharing the experience while at the altar.
"There is a woman who took a photo of her thighs and sent it to my phone," he said, seemingly deep in contemplation.
According to the preacher, he did not call the woman to ask her about the unwarranted, nasty image.
"We are talking about Apostle Ng'ang'a," he stressed.
The preacher reflected on the experience while offering his opinion on what it meant spiritually.
“When you see the thighs, what is next after that? For someone to send a photo of their thighs, they have sent you a bad spirit because you have opened the photo and seen it," he said.
The video evoked unserious reactions from Kenyans, with some even asking him to forward the woman’s thigh photos to them.

In other news, Ng’ang’a recounted his recent trip to the US, where he received financial gifts from well-wishers.
He revealed that he had already made a partial payment for a luxury car worth KSh 14 million, with a KSh 6 million balance remaining.
The preacher referred to the expensive vehicle as “small” and joked about its affordability.
During the service, several men believed to be church leaders were seen sitting on the floor, a sight that left many online users shocked.
Ng’ang’a also encouraged his congregation to help clear the outstanding amount so he could acquire the car.
