Obasanjo described Akin-Deko as a valuable source of knowledge, recalling their discussions on agricultural policies and food security. Former President Olusegun Obasanjo recently hosted a dinner attended by his predecessor Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, former Sierra Leonean President Ernest Bai Koroma, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President Bukola Saraki, and the Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi. The event, held at The Delborough Hotel in Lagos, was in honor of Obasanjo’s upcoming 88th birthday.
