Nikola Jokic brought both his elite basketball skills and his deadpan humor to the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend, where he made his seventh appearance as part of Chuck's Global Stars . The Denver Nuggets center was one of the biggest names at the star-studded event but wasn’t the only celebrity making waves.

Actor and comedian Kevin Hart, a longtime NBA fan, was also in attendance—and ended up as the punchline of Jokic’s latest hilarious moment.

During a lighthearted interaction at the All-Star Game, Jokic, standing at a towering 6-foot-11, greeted Hart, who is famously 5-foot-4, with a quip that has since had fans laughing.

"I don’t want to offend you, but I thought you were someone’s kid," Jokic said in his trademark deadpan manner, drawing laughs from All-Star teammate Karl-Anthony Towns.

The exchange quickly elicited an equally funny response from Hart, who took it in stride, continuing to make Jokic and Towns laugh.

The good-natured banter added an extra dose of entertainment to the weekend, proving once again that the NBA All-Star Game is about more than just basketball—it’s a showcase of personality and fun.

Jokic may be known for his dominance on the court, but as this moment showed, he’s also got an underrated comedic game. As for Hart? He’s used to the height jokes by now—but when they come from a reigning MVP, they hit a little different.
