Casio has officially launched the new G-Shock GBA-950 in Europe, which is already on sale in countries such as the Netherlands, Spain and Germany.
This update to the well-known GBA-900 line, which was launched in 2021, has a more compact and comfortable design, as well as features aimed at runners and active users.
The new product is available in three colours: black (GBA-950-1A), purple (GBA-950-2A) and grey (GBA-950-7A). The case measures 48.5×43.9×16 mm and weighs 53 g, which makes the model lighter and more comfortable than its predecessor. The single bezel and strap design improves the fit on the wrist.

The watch supports Bluetooth connectivity, which allows you to use your phone's GPS to accurately track your distance and pace. The data is synchronised with the Casio Watches mobile app and can be exported to Strava. There is also an Auto Lap function, dual time zone, stopwatch, timer and five alarms. For convenience in the dark, there are Neobrite luminescent elements and an LED lamp.
The G-Shock GBA-950 is water resistant to 200 metres and runs on a single CR2025 battery for about two years. The price is €149. The watch is not yet available in the UK, but it is expected to enter the US market soon with a recommended price of $150.
