Mrunal Thakur is busy filming her upcoming Telugu movie Dacoit, in which she stars alongside Adivi Sesh under the direction of Shaneil Deo. She recently offered fans a behind-the-scenes look from the Hyderabad sets, showcasing the film’s ongoing production.

On her Instagram story, Mrunal Thakur shared photos from the set, including a fun snap of two hands forming the letters of the movie title DACOIT. She tagged co-star Adivi Sesh and producer Supriya Yarlagadda in the post.

The film is described as an intense story of love, betrayal, and revenge. Dacoit is a pan-India project being filmed simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi. The plot reportedly follows an enraged convict, played by Adivi Sesh, who sets out to take revenge on his ex-girlfriend, portrayed by Mrunal Thakur, for betraying him. Anurag Kashyap also plays a key role in the film.

Interestingly, Dacoit marks Shaneil Deo's directorial debut after years of working as a cinematographer.

Mrunal Thakur has won over Telugu cinema audiences since her blockbuster debut in Sita Ramam. She further impressed with her performances in Hi Nanna and The Family Star.

A few days ago, she shared photos of herself draped in an elegant organza dupatta, highlighting her green bangles and makeup preparations. One striking close-up captured her expressive eyes and serene pose. Playfully captioning the post, she joked about channeling her inner apsara.

Looking ahead, Mrunal will also star alongside Ajay Devgn in the highly anticipated Bollywood sequel Son of Sardaar 2.
