Magician Correctly Guesses Offset's Celebrity Crush: 'The...
Offset’s celebrity crush just got revealed to the world—and it turns out that it's Sabrina Carpenter.
The rapper, whose merch can be found in the Complex Shop, appeared on the first episode of Complex's new series, Interview With A Magician.
During the episode, Offset spoke with magician Anna DeGuzman about advice for dating rappers, got a matching tattoo with her, and, around the 4:45 mark of the video below, had his celebrity crush announced to the world.
During their conversation, DeGuzman wrote down a name on a piece of paper and then asked Offset some probing questions about his celeb crush, including whether she's an actor or artist and if he knew her songs.
After confirming she's an artist, Offset explained what he liked so much about this person.
“I just feel like, artistically, she got it all together,” he said.
DeGuzman then opened up her piece of paper and had Offset confirm if the name on it was correct or not. Offset, shocked at her accuracy, angled the piece of paper to the screen to show Sabrina Carpenter’s name.
“There’s no way,” the rapper said in disbelief. "Never.”
The reveal of Offset's celebrity crush comes a month after his request for spousal support from his estranged wife, Cardi B, amid their divorce proceedings.
The "Bodak Yellow" artist responded to the ask with a brutal takedown of her ex and accused him of not seeing their children for two months.
“I want you to die, but I want you to die fucking slow, n***a,” Cardi continued. “When you die, n***a, I want you to die slow in the bed and when you die, n***a, you gotta think of me.”
In April, Offset had insisted to his wife's fans on X explained that he doesn't want any issues with Cardi.
“I want peace no smoke I love all bardi gang we grown man she happy let her live she don’t want to see this shit either man life goes on we can all be friends man,” he wrote at the time.
The message to her fans came a day after he responded to rumors that he was upset about Cardi’s relationship with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
“I’m happy for her!!” he wrote.
Cardi, meanwhile, recently gave advice about how to deal with a breakup for whoever needs it.
“If you’re going through a breakup, if you’re going through some shit with your baby’s father or some shit, if you’ve just got a divorce, if you’re heartbroken—go outside with your fucking friends,” Cardi said during an Instagram Live.
