Luxury Spa Expands to New Location in Cameron Mitchell's Bridge Park Hotel in Dublin, Ohio - Travel And Tour World
Monday, June 23, 2025
Panacea Luxury Spa, a renowned spa brand based in central Ohio, has announced plans to expand with a second location in Cameron Mitchell’s upcoming boutique hotel in Dublin’s Bridge Park. This marks an exciting development for the region’s luxury hospitality and wellness scene. The new spa will serve as the exclusive luxury spa partner for the hotel, which is set to become one of Dublin’s most distinguished and sought-after destinations once complete.
This announcement comes as part of the larger, multi-phase Bridge Park development, which aims to revitalize and expand the area into a dynamic, high-end destination for both residents and visitors. The new Panacea location will occupy more than 17,000 square feet of both indoor and outdoor space on the second floor of the seven-story hotel, offering an array of luxurious treatments and services designed to promote holistic well-being and relaxation.
Panacea, named after the Greek Goddess of healing, offers a unique approach to wellness, providing a blend of holistic healing experiences, biohacking technology, and therapeutic treatments. Since its opening in 2023 at the Quarry Trails location in Hilliard, Ohio, the brand has garnered attention for its commitment to wellness, delivering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience to guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. With the upcoming Bridge Park location, Panacea is set to elevate its offerings and introduce new services that complement those at their existing spa location.
Krista Guagenti, founder of Panacea, expressed her excitement about the expansion, stating, “We are beyond thrilled to expand the Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique brand into Bridge Park, where we will be introducing new services and amenities that beautifully complement the offerings we currently provide at our location in The Quarry Trails.” Guagenti’s passion for wellness and customer service will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in making the new spa a premier destination for both hotel guests and local residents.
The hotel, which is part of the Bridge Park development in Dublin, is set to stand as a luxurious, boutique property that will offer 130 guestrooms, a fitness center, and a pool. The hotel’s amenities and its partnership with Panacea Luxury Spa are expected to draw visitors from across the region, reinforcing the area’s reputation as a hub for high-end accommodations and services.
In addition to the hotel, the development will feature a host of other exciting additions, including at least 20 luxury condos in an eight-story tower. These residences will offer residents unparalleled views and convenient access to the hotel’s world-class amenities. The development will also introduce new food and beverage concepts, including a pool bar, a 4,000-square-foot ballroom, and meeting rooms that will cater to both corporate and social events. A four-story office building, spanning around 90,000 square feet, will house retail spaces on the ground level.
The office building was initially planned as a condo tower but was repurposed in 2024 to accommodate office tenants, a decision driven by the growing demand for office space in the Bridge Park area. The development’s focus on both hospitality and business spaces is indicative of a broader effort to create a mixed-use destination that supports both leisure and professional activities.
Cameron Mitchell, the prominent restaurateur behind the development, has ventured into the hotel industry with this boutique property. With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business, Mitchell brings a wealth of hospitality expertise to the project. His culinary-forward hotel concept is designed to offer a unique and memorable experience, blending luxurious accommodations with exceptional dining and wellness options.
“The visions of our team are deeply aligned, and together, we’re creating a destination where people will want to gather time and time again — whether it’s to unwind at the spa, shop in the boutique, enjoy an amazing meal at one of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, or sip coffee or cocktails by the pool,” said Guagenti. The hotel’s focus on luxury and service is expected to make it a key destination for both leisure travelers and business visitors to the region.
In addition to its impressive hotel and residential offerings, the Bridge Park development will also prioritize accessibility and green spaces. A series of streetscapes will connect the office building to the hotel, encouraging both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Public access to open green space within the development will create a welcoming environment for the community, providing a space for relaxation and outdoor activities.
To serve the entire development, a three-level, partially below-grade parking garage will provide around 500 parking spaces. This addition ensures convenient access for visitors and residents alike, further enhancing the project’s appeal as a mixed-use development.
Construction on the Bridge Park hotel, condos, office spaces, and other developments is expected to begin in 2026. This long-awaited expansion will provide a range of new opportunities for both locals and visitors to enjoy the evolving amenities and services in Dublin, Ohio. With Panacea Luxury Spa’s second location, along with other high-end offerings, the development is poised to redefine the area’s luxury hospitality and wellness landscape.
Brent Crawford, founder of Crawford Hoying, the developer behind Bridge Park, expressed confidence in the impact of Panacea’s inclusion, stating, “Panacea represents a bold and transformative addition to Bridge Park’s expansion. Panacea’s level of service and refined offerings align seamlessly with our vision for the new hotel to serve as the premier hospitality destination in central Ohio.”
As construction progresses, Bridge Park and its future luxury offerings will undoubtedly become a key part of Dublin’s growth, further enhancing its reputation as a vibrant hub for business, leisure, and wellness.
