Linda Evangelista celebrated her 60th birthday on May 10 with a stylish outing in New York City on May 11. The supermodel, known as one of "The Supers" alongside Christy Turlington, Cindy Crawford, and Naomi Campbell, wore an oversized suit with a colorful T-shirt, black shoes, and brown glasses.

In addition to her birthday, Evangelista celebrated Mother's Day, reposting a tribute from her 18-year-old son Augustin James, featuring a throwback photo at Madison Square Garden.

In a 2023 Vogue interview, Evangelista expressed that she never minded getting older, viewing it as a way to a long life and wanting to see her son grow older. She also addressed wrinkles with candor, stating she wants them despite using Botox.

Evangelista has also spoken about her mastectomy scars from breast cancer procedures, embracing them as "trophies." Additionally, she shared her experiences dealing with the aftermath of a CoolSculpting procedure that left her "disfigured" 10 years prior.

In a Harper's Bazaar cover story, she revealed going through therapy to accept her reflection, acknowledging her past struggles with self-love. She is now working towards liking herself, flaws and all.

Despite these setbacks, Evangelista made a return to the Met Gala in 2024, her first time since 2015, wearing a Catherine Holstein gown. Days before her birthday, she and Augustin attended the National Breast Cancer Coalition Host NYC Gala in coordinated black outfits.
