Chances for rain continue through out today as scattered showers stretch eastward over the course of the afternoon. An additional quarter inch of rain can be expected with higher amounts possible as pop-up thunderstorms with localized heavy rain mix in for the late afternoon and evening hours. There is a good swath of fog along the tip of the Arrowhead down by the Lake this morning as the week kicks off slightly cooler. However, incoming winds will begin to pick up from the northwest clearing things out in a jiffy.

Temperatures start off cooler staying consistent in the 50s for the morning and overnights but mid 60s and low 70s by the afternoon. We will see a brief period of drier conditions with more Sunshine by tomorrow allowing temps to bump up to the mid-70s by Wednesday.

The cooler conditions are consistently correlating to rather dreary days with more rain expected by this upcoming Friday. Luckily it looks like there will be some pockets of sunshine mixed in for any Father’s Day plans.
