Kyra Sedgwick is celebrating a special milestone in her career — and relationship!

On Monday, Feb. 10, the actress marked 37 years since the release of her 1988 film Lemon Sky, where she met now-husband Kevin Bacon.

Sedgwick, 59, shared two throwback photos of herself and Bacon, 66, to her Instagram grid: a film still of the pair in bed in 2004's The Woodsman, and a second slide featuring a Polaroid of the two actors on the set of Lemon Sky in 1987.

"Happy 37th Anniversary to #LemonSky! Don’t know how life would’ve turned out without ya ... " she wrote in the post's caption.

Sedgwick previously threw it back to Lemon Sky in honor of Valentine's Day last year, posting a snapshot that showed herself and Bacon lounging on sun chairs in front of a classic car.

Wrote the actress, "This is a blurry Polaroid of where it all started (on set shooting Lemon Sky in 1987). And it’s been clear ever since … Love you forever. #MyValentineEveryDay."

Bacon responded by sharing a cute black-and-white photo taken on their 1988 wedding day that showed him with his arm around his wife, who had her head placed lovingly on his shoulder.

"My forever Valentine ❤️," the Footloose actor captioned his post.

During an interview with PEOPLE in March 2023, Bacon spoke about it being love at first sight when he spotted Sedgwick on the set of Lemon Sky all those years ago.

"I was knocked out," he said. "I thought she was amazing."

The couple — who share son Travis Bacon, 35, and daughter Sosie Bacon, 32 — added that being able to make each other laugh has been a key ingredient in their marriage.

"A sense of humor is crucial," Sedgwick told PEOPLE. "He is very freaking funny."
