accused of misrepresenting facts in her lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, and the director leaked an alleged portion of It Ends With Us script to defend himself, In Touch can exclusively report.

In Touch obtained the alleged page of the script from the 2024 film, that Justin, 41, submitted in court as evidence.

As In Touch previously reported, in Blake’s federal lawsuit, accusing Justin of sexual harassment on set of their 2024 film she claimed Justin “routinely degraded” her “by finding back-channel ways of criticizing her body and weight.”

The actress claimed that “a few weeks before filming began and less than four months after [she] had given birth to her fourth child, [she] was humiliated to learn that [Justin] secretly called her fitness trainer, without her knowledge or permission and implied that he wanted her to lose weight in two weeks.”

In her lawsuit, Blake, 37, claimed that Justin told the trainer that he had asked because he was concerned about having to pick up Blake in a scene for the movie.

Blake said, “But there was no such scene.” In addition, Blake claimed that when she caught strep throat, Justin offered as a “gift” to connect her with an expert he had on retainer to help her with probiotics and to combat sickness.

She said when she went to fill out the forms with the specialist, she realized that the expert was not as Justin represented but rather was a weight-loss specialist.

Blake said she felt, “once again, that [Justin] was shaming her for her body and weight.” In her lawsuit, Blake claimed Justin hired a crisis PR team to smear her after she complained about his behavior on set. Justin denied all claims of sexual harassment or that he was responsible for her bad press.

He sued Blake and her husband, , over claims of civil extortion and defamation. He claimed they used their power to seize control of the film during and after production.

Justin claimed Blake was the one who smeared him in the media. He claimed to have lost deals because of her false accusations. Blake and Ryan denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

In his amended lawsuit, Justin defended himself against Blake’s claims he called her personal trainer behind her back for no reason.

Justin explained that in preparation for a scene where his character would lift Blake’s character, he reached out to his personal trainer, who is a close friends with Blake.

Justin claimed that he asked the trainer what Blake weighed so that he could train his back muscles for the scene.

“This was important to avoid injury — not only to [Justin], who has suffered from lifelong back injuries (multiple bulging disks and chronic pain) — but also to [Blake], if the lift could not be completed successfully and safely,” his lawyer wrote.

Justin included the alleged script page that shows his character was to “scoop” Blake’s character up.

The director’s lawyer noted, “[Blake], would later claim in her complaint that this scene did not exist, however, as evidenced by the script pages and also a video in which [Justin] is rehearsing the scene with a body double the scene was very real.”

In regard to helping her with the strep throat, Justin denied Blake’s claims he led her to a weight loss specialist.

Justin’s lawyer wrote, “[Blake] shares with [Justin] that she has strep throat, and [Justin] offers to send her some ‘amazing gut health protocols that help after antibiotics.’ [Blake] responds, ‘Please.’ As a result, [Justin] reaches out to his Board-Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach and connects them. [Blake] shares that they connected, saying, ‘She’s incredible.’ [Blake] later claimed in her [complaint] that this ‘health coach’ was actually a weight-loss specialist and that this was all a ruse for [Justin] to subtly fat-shame her.”

Justin included his alleged texts with the specialist where he asked for recommendations for a probiotic for Blake, but there was no mention of losing weight.

The director hopes the evidence will prove his case in court.

Both lawsuits are ongoing.
